Is it safe to travel to Costa Rica today?

Costa Rica government is doing a great effort to make for locals and visitors safe to travel inside the country. Since August 1st, Costa Rica has gradually allowed for tourists from select countries. Beginning in November, anyone who meets a series of requirements can visit Costa Rica.
